Around 12.5 on my 2010 diesel, thanks to regenerations for emissions controls. Normally up around 16-17

In the single digits or below diesel mileage tanks on very short trips, like mid-teens, compared to normal weather average of about 36 mpg (mixed city/highway, mostly city).

11 when I first got the Navigator. It needed TLC. It gets about 15.5 on a typical tank now, and it's gotten as much as 19 on a pure highway trip. It got 18 on a similar trip so I don't believe it was a fluke.

idling = 0mpg

In my diesel, a regen to burn off the collected soot in my DPF costs about 2 gallons of fuel = 0 mpg

with that said, the worst I've seen is about 13mpg on a 38 gallon tank

2004 Ford F250 5.4 Triton super duty.
Gets 7mpg on a good day. Pulling something or pushing snow brings in around 4mpg. I rarely drive it unless I am making money doing so.

My worst MPG was 16.945 during winter and with mostly trips around town. The max MPG was 23.487 on a trip.

Overall, I average 19.890 which is about 30% more than the EPA expects of my ride.
